Prior to this, Andy has worked with various professional clubs including London Irish RFC, Surrey County Cricket Club, University of London boat club and Oxford University Athletics, gaining a broad range of experience.
Alongside coaching, Andy has built a significant career in coach education, co-writing the fitness industry’s first Level 4 certificate in Strength & Conditioning, training hundreds of personal trainers and lecturing part-time on the Strength & Conditioning science programme at St Mary’s University.

With this combination of hands on coaching, therapy and teaching experience, as well as an academic background which includes journal publications and presenting at national conferences, Andy will be able to help you reach your peak.

Andy Kay has coached a wide array of individuals for over a decade, ranging from inactive clients recovering from injuries through to international athletes preparing for competition on the world stage.
Currently, Andy works with a number of Commonwealth and Olympic middle distance runners, including world 1500m Champion and multiple record holder, Jake Wightman.
