For maximum convenience, we will visit you at home or work for these sessions
Sports Therapy Assessment £75
-Taking place in the comfort of your own home, a full postural assessment as well as movement screening and joint by joint testing will take place. followed by a report on the issues found and a plan for addressing these.
Sports Massage £65
-Taking place in the comfort of your own home, an hour long sports massage will help to alleviate any soft tissue issues and keep your body in peak condition. Also perfect for regular maintenance.
